4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Public Display

Business listings, suburb locations, and reviews submitted by consumers are publicly visible on personaltrainer.sydney

4.2 Consumer Leads and Enquiries

When a consumer submits an enquiry via our "Find My Trainer" form or jobs board, we act as an intermediary. We may:

  • Forward enquiry details (name, contact information, training requirements) directly to the relevant listed trainers via email
  • For Featured and Homepage tier members, forward lead details via email and/or SMS

Consumers submitting enquiries consent to their details being shared with relevant listed personal trainers for the purpose of responding to their request.

4.3 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services, including:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Email marketing platforms (including Drip)
  • Analytics providers

These providers are contractually obligated to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we specify.

4.4 Legal Requirements
